Robert Shelton is a successful entrepreneur and philanthropist for several art causes. Mr. Shelton has sponsored several high-profile events with Inclusion in Art and has been a long time supporter of the organization. He is also the founder of Charity Advocacy, LLC which provides virtual bankruptcy assistants and other paralegal services.

Kyle Golding is a business owner and founder of the Golding Group. The Golding Group provides strategic planning, communications and process development for business and non-profit organizations with a focus on growth and longevity. Mr. Golding has over 15 years of advertising, graphic design. marketing and public relations experience.

Dr. Melanie Bratcher, Secretary

Dr. Melanie Bratcher Ph.D, Secretary

Dr. Melanie Bratcher is a published author, writer, arts advocate, public speaker, choreographer, singer, and cultural consultant. Her research focuses on Africana Aesthetics - philosophy of art - with a specialization in Africana performance. Having coined the term “Sound Motion,” she applies Africana Philosophy to the study, explanation, description, and evaluation of Africana artistic process and production. A highly sought after presenter on arts contexts and outcomes, Dr. Bratcher publishes qualitative research on the effect and affect of arts in various communities. An Associate Professor at the University of Oklahoma, Dr. Bratcher received her Ph.D. in African & African American Studies from Temple University in 2005. She has been teaching children of all ages and at the collegiate level for fifteen years.

Suzanne Thomas, Treasurer

Professor Suzanne Thomas, Treasurer

Suzanne Thomas is a professional visual artist and professor at Rose State College. Suzanne Thomas was born and raised in Spencer, Oklahoma. She received her B.F.A. at Oklahoma State University and her M.F.A. at Southern Illinois University at Carbondale. Thomas has been awarded several honors including NISOD (National Institute for Staff and Organizational Development) Excellence in Teaching; Who's Who 2007 Graduated Dean Fellowship award; Roby Honoree for Academics; she was also awarded by Rose State College Phi Theta Kappa.
