Nathan Lee, Executive Director

Nathan Lee is an artist and art activist from Oklahoma. He is a founding member of Inclusion in Art and is best known for his efforts towards creating a more racially diverse art community in Oklahoma. Lee is also the co-producer of the groundbreaking film “TRANSCEND” which explores the lives and creative process of five Black artists living and working in Oklahoma. “TRANSCEND” is the first Oklahoma film to focus on the Black creative class in the state and the first to document artists from the Black Visual Arts Movement now being experienced in Oklahoma.

Nathan Lee continues his work as an advocate for the visual arts through his involvement Inclusion in Art

Jay B. Walker, Events Coordinator

Jay B. Walker is a native Oklahoman with ancestral roots tied to the historic African American town of Boley, Oklahoma. He attended Langston University and soon after found himself working in advertising, event marketing, television and film. His 20 plus years of experience include art department and production at Chappelle’s Show, production management for MTV and Relevant ( a Fortune 100 client based experiential marketing firm), freelancing for Ogilvy and Mather Advertising in addition to programming management at Cenci Gallery Restaurant and Lounge in Atlanta, Georgia.  His non-profit experience includes involvement in program development with Morehouse School of Medicine and the MAVPP (Metro Atlanta Violence Prevention Partnership), program coordinator for Atlanta Hip Hop Icon T.I.’s Teen Violence Summit at Morris Brown College and is President and CEO of MADE4YAYA (Music. Art. Drama. For Youth and Young Adults).

Skip Hill, Special Exhibition Curator and Arts Facilitator

Skip Hill is an artist whose body of work hangs in private collections on both sides of the Atlantic. He has been commissioned to paint frescoes for a public garden in the Netherlands and created a heart-moving sculpture installation dedicated to the victims of the Oklahoma City bombing. His notable shows include the National Black Arts Festival, where his paintings created a virtual buzz leading to an interview featured nationwide on Black Entertainment Television. His artistic influences are derived from memory, his religious upbringing, the African American experience and the rich tapestry of cultures he has been exposed to in his travels

Brenna King, Graphics Coordinator

Brenna King is a native of the Virgin Islands. Ms. King discovered her creativity at an early age and that artistic awareness has followed her all of her life. She has experimented in various mediums of art ranging from painting to sculpture but discovered her voice through photography. She has participated in several exhibitions through Inclusion in Art and her work has graced the pages of many magazine pages. Brenna King continues to work as a photographer gaining acclaim nationally.
