Skip Hill, Special Exhibition Curator and Arts Facilitator
Skip Hill is an artist whose body of work hangs in private collections on both sides of the Atlantic. He has been commissioned to paint frescoes for a public garden in the Netherlands and created a heart-moving sculpture installation dedicated to the victims of the Oklahoma City bombing. His notable shows include the National Black Arts Festival, where his paintings created a virtual buzz leading to an interview featured nationwide on Black Entertainment Television. His artistic influences are derived from memory, his religious upbringing, the African American experience and the rich tapestry of cultures he has been exposed to in his travels
